Now that we have plans, we can figure out what's going where, how much it's going to cost, and how long it should take to complete.
Production
Here the dust starts flying! With detailed plans and clearly defined selections our team of professional builders finely craft your space turning ideas into reality.

While a timeless classic for construction, these natural features and warm tones are often desired for the aethestic but age quickly and require a lot of maintenance to keep looking good year after year.

Composites are a great alternative to wood. Generally made primarily of recycled materials these options produce a balance between cost, minimal maintenance, and a life of up to 25 years.

Premium alternatives such as PVC or Surestone decking are the best products available. Made to resist thermal movement and the harshes enviroments these products last up to 50 years.

The traditional material of choice by builders for generations. In recent years the chemistry in treated materials has changed and now deteriorates rapidly with exposure to water.

Metal framing has made a major comeback in recent years. Galvanized steel or aluminum greatly extend the life of your deck structure and offer manufacturer warranties up to 25 years.

Best - Composite Framing
Composite framing from Owens Corning is our favorite framing material. It's rot proof, rust proof, and insect resistance. Owens Corning offers the only framing option with a limited lifetime warranty.
